Kyle Tack guarantees that the merchandise you purchase is of high quality and free from defects. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call or email to notify us of a return/exchange. Sending in products without first contacting Kyle Tack will result in processing delay.

Products must be in new condition to qualify for return/exchange except in the case of a product defect. We do not except returns/exchanges after 30 days. All return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed promptly.

All returns subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This will be deducted from your return. There is no return on shipping charges. Please ship your return to:

10 DAY SADDLE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: New or Used Saddles may be returned or exchanged up to 10 days after the customer RECEIVES the saddle, for the original purchase price. Shipping Charges are not eligible for a refund. A return claim must be received by Kyle Tack on or before the 10th Day from Delivery. Customers are responsible for returning the saddle to Kyle Tack no later than 7 days after the return claim. Saddles must be in original purchased condition. Saddles returned damaged or not in the original purchased condition are not eligible for a refund.

SALE ITEMS: Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for returns/exchanges except in the case of product defects.

Kyle Tack has the right to refuse any return/exchange, with/without defect, if the product shows extreme use.

Due to varying shipping dates from suppliers, we are not always able to ship at once. Credit card back orders are not charged until the time of shipping.
