Typically, Online Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours of submitting the order. During Tradeshows processing can take an extra 1-2 days. To keep shipping prices low we do not include insurance unless requested. Drop Ship Delivery is standard.

Please contact Kyle Tack to add extra services such as signature delivery or insurance. Generally, you should receive your order within 5 – 10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer. *Since COVID, no shipping services are guaranteeing delivery dates, even when utilizing expedited services. Kyle Tack waives all responsibility of delivery dates. *
Shipping of all saddles inside the continental U.S. will range from $95 to $175 depending on location. We use UPS Standard Ground Shipping ONLY for saddles shipped in the continental US. To keep shipping prices low we do not include insurance unless requested. Drop Ship Delivery is standard.

Kyle Tack offers International saddle shipping. Cost generally starts around $300 and goes up depending on the location and weight. Insuring a saddle will also be an added fee. Please see further International information below.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
UPS Shipping Rates to these locations have increased dramatically. As such, We ship USPS Priority Flat Rate unless UPS Service is requested in advance. Please call (toll free) 1-877-429-2116 to make shipping arrangements. Saddles shipping to these locations are estimated on a case by case basis.
International Tracking & Delivery
Yes! We ship product to International Destinations! However, significant International shipping changes in 2023 have changed our International policy. To insure a smooth transaction & helping to limit mistakes, each international order will be processed case by case. Saddle Orders Included
We are happy to take International orders over the phone, by email, or on our social media accounts. Or, you can place an order online, and Kyle Tack will contact you once received with shipping options and pricing.
We offer multiple service options with each order. Once the service is confirmed, an additional invoice will be sent for International shipping costs. We understand this is a multi-step process and can be frustrating. However, we will do our best to accommodate a smooth transition.
Delivery times for shipping international is 10 days to 4 weeks in most cases.
International Customs Fees
Please be aware that there may be customs fees for imported items. Kyle Tack has no way of controlling or bypassing customs laws. International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Kyle Tack has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be (contact your postal service to find out more). There will be no refunds on original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country. Any returned shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. In most cases, once your package clears customs and arrives at your local post office they will send you a notice to come pick up the package and pay custom fees (VAT fees). They sometimes don’t send you a notice or the notice gets lost. The customer is responsible for inquiring about the package. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
